Our Renting Requirements

Looking to rent with us? Before you apply, make sure you meet these requirements:

Verifiable income 3 times the rent amount
3 Years of verifiable positive rent history or mortgage history
3 Years' work history with the same employer, or within the same industry
No living expenses in Collection or Delinquent:
- Housing (Rent or Mortgage...)
- Utilities (Electric, water, gas, trash...)
- Phone (Cell, internet, or cable...)
- Transportation (Car, insurance, tolls...)

You'll also have to pass a Background check with the following qualifications:

No Broken Leases
No Evictions
No Criminal Convictions

We allow typical domestic pets including dogs, cats, fish, birds and most caged pets (ferrets excluded). There is a 25lb limit for all pets at all properties. We DO NOT allow exotic pets (ie pythons, rattlesnakes), any dog breed on the excluded breed list for property insurance or any pet deemed a risk by the property manager.
